Sales Support Officer

About the Role

To strengthen its Sales Support team, CE+T Power is looking for a competent Sales Support Officer to manage customer relationships and monitor orders from validation to delivery. As a Sales Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in the administrative and logistical tracking of orders until their delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients‘ operational questions, ensuring satisfaction and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Management: Preparation of contractual documents, data entry in the ERP system, and updating client files.
• Order Tracking: Coordination with sales, production, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Customer Support: Provide information on products, delivery times, and shipments.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Ensure alignment between sales, production, and supply.
• Training and Assistance: Help train new members of the sales team on internal processes.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in customer service.
• Excellent level of French both spoken and written (excellent spelling).
• Spoken and written English and Dutch at B1-B2 level.
• Proficiency in the Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with ERP (Synchrosoft and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
• Strong customer orientation, ability to collaborate and coordinate, clear communication.
• Diligence, organization, flexibility, team spirit, analytical skills, autonomy, initiative, and confidentiality.
