Role of the Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a central role in the coordination and execution of our administrative processes. You will be the preferred point of contact to support the team, project managers, and management while ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Administrative follow-up of interventions: You ensure that each technical intervention is properly documented and follow the actions of project managers to guarantee optimal execution.
  • Manage financial reporting: You prepare simple yet essential reports on revenue, sales, and order books, providing clear visibility on our performance.
  • Coordinate interviews: You organize and schedule necessary interviews, ensuring they run smoothly.
  • Supervise purchasing: You place necessary orders, check prices, track deliveries, and ensure rigorous invoice control. Your diligence ensures flawless management.
  • Support our certification efforts: You provide essential administrative assistance to ensure that our certifications meet current standards.
  • Contribute to HR management: You play a supportive role by organizing training, responding to employee inquiries, and participating in the management of our vehicle fleet.
  • Become our ERP contact point: Eventually, you will be the reference person for questions related to our ERP system, supporting the team and management in their daily use.

Your Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in administration, executive assistance, or communication.
  • You are fluent in French, with a good knowledge of English. Basic Dutch is a plus.
  • You are structured, methodical, and organized and pay great attention to detail.
  • You are autonomous, proactive, and capable of taking initiatives while being assertive.
  • You enjoy working in a technical and multicultural environment, where rigor and adaptability are essential.
