In the heart of Almaty, Kazakhstan, a story of innovation and collaboration unfolds. AVECom LLP, a leader in the power ecosystem, shares their journey with CE+T Power, revealing insights into a partnership that’s electrifying the region. Join us as we delve deeper into this collaboration through an in-depth interview with AVECom LLP.
Can you tell us a bit about your company and its services?
« AVECom LLP’s story began on March 31, 2008, in Almaty, Kazakhstan. From the very beginning, our mission has been to provide comprehensive solutions in the power ecosystem. Our expertise covers the entire spectrum – from technical consultation and supplying equipment from leading global vendors like CE+T Power, to turn-key installations and dedicated support during warranty and post-warranty periods.
What truly sets us apart in Kazakhstan is our unparalleled flexibility and commitment to quality. We understand that no two projects or customers are the same. Our team of engineers brings to the table multi-discipline technical qualifications and over two decades of experience in critical and power backup systems. Our credo is simple: only the best in our portfolio, which is why we proudly partner with market leaders like CE+T Power. »
How did this collaboration begin?
“Our collaboration with CE+T Power started more than 15 years ago, at that time with CE+T TSI inverter technology. Nowadays, we, of course, also offer our customers the latest from the CE+T portfolio: universal Sierra converters, the new generation of Bravo inverters, and we are starting to look at Stabiliti for off-grid and on-grid applications. Similar to many countries, Kazakhstan is developing renewable green energy sources, so AVECom LLP is seriously considering becoming a part of this trend.”
Could you provide examples of applications?
« At AVECom LLP, our classical application involves providing critical AC (alternating current) power backup solutions, predominantly for telecom data centers and core network sites. These vital facilities rely on CE+T Power’s range of inverters, notably the Bravo ECI and the advanced Bravo 10/25 series. Recently, we’ve installed six 90 kVA systems, each powered by the robust Bravo 25 modules.
Additionally, there’s growing interest in Sierra, the universal 3-phase bidirectional converters. These converters offer unparalleled versatility, automatically balancing the power distribution between AC loads and DC loads. This not only simplifies our system’s architecture — requiring a single module type for spares and a unified management system — but also significantly reduces the total cost of ownership.
A prime example of this application is at telecom sites where we integrate these solutions to support both server co-location and traditional 48 VDC telecom equipment. We’re currently exploring several opportunities with our local customers, demonstrating the adaptability and efficiency of CE+T Power’s technology in meeting diverse power needs. »
What particularly satisfies you about CE+T?
“Passion. Which is evident in all aspects: innovation, quality, appreciation of our needs and willingness to correct eventual mistakes.”
What are your future plans?
“As we look to the future, our strategy is to expand our business horizons, not only within our core sector of telecommunications but also into the promising field of renewable energy. As we tap into the emerging green energy market in Kazakhstan and extend our reach into Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, CE+T Power’s innovative solutions remain integral to our strategy.
I take this opportunity to wish the both of us, CE+T Power and AVECom LLP, the good continuation of our mutually beneficial collaboration. »
