As we get closer to the end of 2024, it is time to reflect on a year marked by growth, resilience, and innovation at CE+T Power. Our global presence has expanded, underscored by our participation in international trade shows and our continuous internal development.
Our year was packed with notable appearances, from Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Data Center World in London to Power Uzbekistan, where we proudly showcased our cutting-edge solutions. Despite unexpected challenges, such as the floods that impacted our plans for Middle East Energy in Dubai, our team remained unshaken with plans to return in 2025. We also joined forces with AWEX at WETEX in Dubai and participated in EES Munich & InnoTrans in Berlin, further strengthening our global market presence. 2024 saw 14 new colleagues join our ranks, including Sébastien Michel as our new Global Sales Director alongside several additions to our Sales team; Key Account Managers Daniel Peeters and Antonio Fernandes as well as Regional Sales Manager for Germany, Helmut Katzmann. Our team spirit shone brightly and thrived through events such as the 15km of Liège, numerous internal training sessions focused on wellbeing, keeping pace with innovations like AI, and much more. Let’s not forget our cowboy-themed team building in Western City, Chaudfontaine (Belgium) which deserves a special mention. Additionally, our annual raffle winners enjoyed a trip to our Dubai office. One of the crowning moments of 2024 was our 90th anniversary, celebrated with insightful conferences followed by a festive gathering at our HQ, marking a significant milestone in our history. This year also brought us prestigious recognitions, including the Platinum label as Best Managed Company by Deloitte and as finalist of EY’s Enterprise of the Year 2024. These accolades reflect our relentless pursuit of excellence and our team’s dedication across all fronts.
Our global team, from India to China and beyond, has exchanged a wealth of ideas, executed major projects, and made substantial enhancements to our solutions, thanks to their daily efforts. Indeed, we launched groundbreaking projects like our off-grid power solution for Rumi, an eco-resort off the South Australian coast, and many more. Make sure to go through our case studies.
